Someone is needed ASAP to create a business plan for a major emergency preparedness/health care project. Applicants should have experience in creating a business plan as well as some exposure and interest in the topic of homeland security, health care or emergency preparedness. You also should live in the New York/New Jersey/Connecticut area and work would start immediately. Salary would be commensurate with experience. Initially, it would be a six-month assignment, but it could turn into a full-time position.
