There was an article about April 15, 2008, in the Washington Post about a potential scenario of a one to ten kiloton blast going off by the White House done by suitcase nuclear bomb or a truck nuclear bomb. This would make a ten block wide “Death Plume” that would go down Constitution Avenue and end up at Union Station.
What can workers do that would be in buildings under this “Death Plume”?

John –great job pulling together a number of issues and providing ‘do-able’ practical recommendations. What do you think has been the biggest obstacle to public preparedness?
