		<description>It&#039;s also ironic that, in their stated effort to protect us from future terror attacks and WMDs, the US Government is still not helping fund a project that actually solves the problem of protecting people from radiological, biological, and chemical aftermaths of WMDS or industrial accidents.

The tested tiles this guy has patented can quickly retrofit a shelter and enable extended stay in same, safely.  Nothing else like this out there, and he can&#039;t get the gov&#039;t to pay attention. Think of it:  a product that allows a homeowner, business, government office, school, hospital, command center, critical infrastructure facility, etc. to retrofit existing, usable space and create a WMD shelter- 
in-place (SIP).
