Generically saying "... with chargers" might not be clear enough for a lot of people, as they might only think of their AC charger. In a power outage, almost everyone has access to a vehicle. There are also cigarette lighter adaptors that change 1 cigarette lighter plug socket into 3 plug sockets... so 3 phones can be charged a the same time. These adaptors can even be clipped directly to a car battery. Even if the family's vehicle is undrivable due to say a tree falling on it, the battery is still good and can charge a phone dozens of times.
