Hi John

Here's my question(s) for Administrator Fugate ,

I feel that the Citizen Corps has greatly enhanced the preparedness of our country through all of it's programs.

Citizen involvement in preparedness has been evident in the Community Emergency Response Teams, the Fire Corps and the Medical Reserve Corps.

What is your opinion of the value of the C.E.R.T. program and when will the C.E.R.T. training materials be updated?

Thanks for all you are doing.

Ralph W. Dutcher,

C.E.R.T., instructor @ Monroe County Community College, Homeland Security Management Institute, Rochester, NY

Health Project Coordinator
Center for Community Health, University of Rochester

Monroe County Medical Reserve Corps Coordinator
