		<description>I must say that I applaud the media for the excellent job they are doing in getting the information to the people.  Yes, at times they do over dramatize, but it&#039;s better to over do than under do (so to speak).  
We need to be more aware, prepared, etc. for emergecies on our own.  If we fail to heed the warnings, we have only ourselves to blame if  we don&#039;t get out on time, even if the warnings go a little overboard.</description>
