		<description>I live in Houston, TX and our emergencies are Hurricanes.  I have set out two (Audrey 1957 and Alicia 1983) and evacuated two (Carla 1961 and Rita 2005).  June 1 is the start of hurricane season and I will lay in supplies.  It is a challenge since some items will not be used except in an emergency (dried milk) and others can be used up with time (gasoline).  Richard</description>
